With one hand he giveth...

Couldn't resist this Boyling Point cartoon from Tuesday's Evening News, emphasising the terror spread among low earners by Gordon Brown's scrapping of the 10p tax rate.

On the China issue I praised him, on this - well, praise is not the word I'd use.
