+++Breaking News+++ Nostradamus turns to MitB

After the raging success of my predictions last week, Sixteenth Century philosopher and long-time predictor of the end of the world Nostradamus has turned to yours truly for advice on how to keep ahead of the game.

Of course, I didn't believe it myself, but the guy is on Twitter - light years ahead of his time.

And he's following me.

Oh.  You thought with the "Breaking News" banner that it was something important?  Don't be daft - a banner like that is just to suck in readers, isn't it?

PS - With apologies to Caron & Yousuf, I'm just being a little mischievous!

Oh, nicely done!

I'm sure your rugby predictions for this weekend will be spot on as well.

What do you reckon for F1, though?:-)

You're obviously feeling better today!

One of my followers on Twitter is A Black Cloud.... which has seemed quite apt on occasion.

As for F1 predictions Caron, I'll limit myself to comments about EJ's white trousers. Wouldn't dare challenge your vast knowledge of F1. Maybe Malc will though...

Aye, very good! As for F1 my heart refuses to allow me to back anyone but Schumi for the win!

Yeah, I was much better yesterday thanks. And today too. Monday was murder.

For the Championship this year... everyone is picking a McLaren v Mercedes battle, with Ferrari in the mix too, given they have Alonso. Not a surprise - each team now has experience in winning titles (Button, Hamilton, Schumi, Alonso).

But, neck on the line... I'm going with Vettel in the Red Bull. They won the final 3 races of the season, and he pushed Button all the way. A better start to the season, and he'd have pipped him.

Thoughts? If I get this one right, you have to start calling me Nostradamas - my pick is well out there!

I can imagine the guffaws when you read this, because I'm not the most technical person in the world but there are some interesing design observations about the cars.

The McLaren and the Ferrari are quite, for want of a better word, pointy while the cars put together by Adrian Newey and Ross Brawn are slightly less pointy and more sleek.

I'll be shouting Go Schumi alongside Yousuf:-).I think that he's still got it.
