Rice to be next President.

It appears that Condoleezza Rice will not be in the next Cabinet - under either a McCain or Obama presidency... but she may yet be the next president.

It seems the San Francisco 49ers are apparently considering offering her a job as the team's new President.

Bet the title had you hooked...

It did!! I thought "Ooh! Malc's going to give us an interesting wee piece on how Rice could somehow become president sometime in the near future. How interesting that would be........"

Disappointment! ;)

Well I did - just not the president of what you thought it would be!

Still... there's potential for a Rice v Obama clash in 2012 (if I'm wrong about the election - if not, its Hillary v Palin, right?).

I hope it was still an "interesting wee piece" though!

You got me! I was all about to vent on how a pathetic enfeebled National Security Advisor couldn't become President...

Wonder what an NFL team President does?

Probably the same as the Vice President of the United States.

Guess you could always ask Sarah Palin about that...

Ah, so she's in charge of policy-making in the Senate. A good gig if you can get it...
